| Warranty | 12 months During this warranty period, seller provide in time on line support. Seller will provide on site support if necessary when the issue cannot be fixed on line. If the machine has defects or quality issues, seller offers free replacing parts and on line guidiance. On site support would be provided by seller if necessary when the issue cannot be fixed on line. In such situation, the service charge is free. If the machines’ damage is due to false operation or other factors, the cost for replacing parts and service fee shall be at buyer’s. Consumable parts are excluded from warranty. For any circumstance when the on-site support is required, the buyer should arrange for the engineer(s) Hotel rooms (No less than 3-star), daily foods and transportation including round international air tickets from China or Mexico and local vehicles for airport pick up and drop, and daily up & down from hotel to plant. If any replacing parts shall be sent from seller within warranty, transportation cost would be borne by Seller, while any duties, taxes and charges for importation at customer’s site would be borne by buyer. |
