Terms for Distributors | To be a Distributor, you need to deposit 10,000USD, this deposit can be used to purchase the machines and parts.
What distributor can get? |
Online Service | MXP provides free on-line training service and guidance support. Whenever buyer requires on-line support, please send email or call directly to the sales and support engineer. |
Offline Service | MXP provides paid off-line service, including site installation service, site training service, site maintenance service. Buyer can call or email to our local dealer to book and schedule the site installation support. Dealer info will be provided by our sales representative after delivery.Service Fee: Daily site service charge is 200USD/day. Besides the daily service charge, buyer shall pay for the round trip traffic, foods and hotels (no less than 3- star) for the engineer during site service. If dealer is not available in the market, MXP will send engineer from China. In such case, buyer shall pay for the round-trip flight tickets and the visa also. |
Training | Provide on-line training or factory site training for machine installation and operation |
Installation | For the market that we have official dealer, buyer can call or email our dealer to book and schedule the site installation support. For the market that dealer is not available, MXP will send engineer from China to support the installation. In this case, except for the daily service charge, the buyer shall pay for the internaional round-trip flight ticket, arrange for the engineer(s) Hotel rooms (No less than 3-star), daily foods and transportation including local vehicles for airport pick up and drop, and daily up & down from hotel to plant. |

Warranty | 12 months During this warranty period, seller provide in time on line support. Seller will provide on site support if necessary when the issue cannot be fixed on line. If the machine has defects or quality issues, seller offers free replacing parts and on line guidiance. On site support would be provided by seller if necessary when the issue cannot be fixed on line. In such situation, the service charge is free.If the machines’ damage is due to false operation or other factors, the cost for replacing parts and service fee shall be at buyer’s. Consumable parts are excluded from warranty. For any circumstance when the on-site support is required, the buyer should arrange for the engineer(s) Hotel rooms (No less than 3-star), daily foods and transportation including round international air tickets from China or Mexico and local vehicles for airport pick up and drop, and daily up & down from hotel to plant. If any replacing parts shall be sent from seller within warranty, transportation cost would be borne by Seller, while any duties, taxes and charges for importation at customer’s site would be borne by buyer. |
